Cally Griffiths joined us in 2017 following a short break to raise a family. Cally qualified in 2004 after obtaining an LLB in law at Sheffield Hallam University and went on to complete a training contact at Wilson & Bird Solicitors. She then went on to join Russell Jones & Walker (later acquired by global firm, Slater & Gordon) where Cally gained extensive experience in all private law family matters from her base in London.
Cally offers legal advice in all areas of family law including divorce & separation, civil partnerships, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation and matters relating to children. Cally always works with her client’s best interests in mind which means that if court proceedings can be avoided, thereby saving costs, they will be.
However, when proceedings are unavoidable you will find her to be a gifted advocate and has a positive track record for resolving problems and proposing solutions such that all parties walk away happy.
Cally is a member of both Resolution and the Law Society Children Panel. This allows her to represent not only parents but also children in difficult, and often complex, care cases. Since joining BBNM Law she has developed a large case load of care matters, representing a range of clients in very different situations and circumstances.
